Cell Culture & Harvest Suite Project

Jedson Engineering completed the renovation and retrofit of existing architectural, equipment & process utility arrangements in the Cell Culture & Harvest Suite areas of the facility. A Lean approach was utilized for the execution of both projects. They included selecting readily available materials and selecting key proven subcontractors with pre-negotiated rates and availability. The project was executed using a “Big Room” for the project for effective collaboration. Detailed Design was completed with subcontractor supported fieldwork. The project involved continual look-ahead scheduling and the project turnover was completed with construction. It was finished on schedule and was 4% under the target value of the project.
