Installation of two medium pressure reactors required for a Grignard reaction modifying menthol. Vessels were installed in an existing building requiring modification for containment in the event of a reactor meltdown. New raw material storage was installed as well as standalone utilities with backup power to allow safe operation in the event of a power outage.
Results:
Project was completed on time and within budget allowing the client to meet production requirements.
