Jedson believes that the delivery model for a project should be designed around the business, technical, and situational needs of the project.  We are fully supportive of the full range of project execution structures.  From Lean or Integrated Project Delivery  (with multi-party contracts), to Design-Build EPC projects as a General Contractor, to phased EPCM, to playing an individual role as part of a team in a traditional design-bid-build, we are comfortable in all of these roles.

The only “right way” to execute a project is that way which best meets the owner’s needs.  These needs include the typical cost, schedule, and scope elements, and also resource limitations, ongoing production demands, mandates to innovate, delaying decisions in elements of the project subject to change, accelerating or slowing projects to match funding schedules, ….  The list is literally endless. 

The more projects an organization executes the greater is the appreciation for the unique nature of each project.
